Shell and devein shrimp, leaving tails on.
Arrange shrimp in shallow dish. Make Andria's Marinade: In small bowl,
mash garlic with salt. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour marinade over shrimp. Refrigerate, covered for two to three hours.
Adjust grill three inches from prepared coals.
Remove shrimp from marinade and thread on skewers. Grill three
minutes, basting with marinade. Turn. Grill five minutes more, basting several
times. Use any remaining marinade as dip.
2 lbs. fresh or thawed frozen large shrimp
Andria's Marinade:
1/4 cup Andria’s Brush-On Steak Sauce
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 tbs. finely chopped parsley
2 tbs. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. pepper
