Marinate swordfish, shrimp, and peppers in Andria's Steak Sauce in
the refrigerator for 1 hour. Skewer fish and peppers, alternating with bay
leaves. If you are using wooden bamboo skewers, soak in water 30 minutes
before use to prevent burning. If you are using stainless steel skewers,
spray with cooking oil before skewering.
Place on hot grill and continue basting with steak sauce, approximately 10
minutes. If you don't have an outdoor grill or weather does not permit, grill on a
table-top indoor barbecue or broil in oven 8-10 minutes.
Serve atop rice.
This is an easy dinner for two, perfect for Valentine's Day. It may be
served with a warmed spinach salad, using Andria's House Salad Dressing.
And of course, the perfect dessert---dessert kebabs of pineapple, apricots,
and cherries, topped with sugar or chocolate sauce. Now that's romantic!
