Piquant Pork Tenderloin

Place a 1-lb. Pork tenderloin in a plastic bag for 1-4 hours with the following marinade:

• 1 cup Andria’s Brush-On Steak Sauce
• 2-3 TBLS Honey
• 1-1½ Tsp. Fresh ginger

Roast pork in a preheated 350 degree oven for approx. 35 min. (Internal temperature of 145 degrees is considered medium rare.) Let stand ½ hour before slicing.
