Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
1¼ lbs. Lean ground beef
¼ to ½ lb. Ground pork
1 dry bread slice ( or roll) crumbled
½ cup add’l dried bread crumbs
2 eggs
1-2 Tbls. Parsley
Sprinkle garlic powder
¾ cup Andria’s Brush-On Steak Sauce
4-6 oz. Tomato sauce (okay to use canned with garlic and oregano added also!)
1 small stalk celery, finely diced
No Onions!!
Mold into loaf in lightly greased pan. Pour mixture of ¾ cup catsup and 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar atop.
Bake for 30 minutes lightly covered with foil; drain fat off and remove foil.
Bake additional 20 minutes, even under broiler last minute if so desired.
Let stand before slicing and serving with whipped potatoes.
