Join us at Andria's Steakhouse for an intimate four-course bourbon experience featuring a curated selection of exceptional whiskeys paired with chef-crafted small plates designed to complement and elevate each pour. Throughout the evening, guests will explore the unique character of four distinguished bourbons and whiskeys, guided by a bourbon specialist who will share insights into the production, aging, flavor profiles, and craftsmanship behind each selection.
Featured Bourbons & Whiskeys: Koval Bourbon, Peerless Double Oak Bourbon, Rabbit Hole Cavehill Bourbon, and Heaven's Door Double Barrel Whiskey.
First Course: Kimchi Shrimp Cocktail — a refreshing and vibrant take on a classic, featuring chilled shrimp accompanied by bright, tangy kimchi-inspired flavors.
Paired With: Rabbit Hole Cavehill Gold Rush featuring Rabbit Hole Cavehill Bourbon, honey syrup, and fresh lemon.
Second Course: Jalapeño Steak Medallion — a roasted jalapeño stuffed with a blend of artisan cheeses, topped with tender steak medallions, roasted garlic, bacon onion jam, and fresh herbs.
