Serial Cabernet Sauvignon (Paso Robles) is a bold, full-bodied wine showcasing the rich and varied terroirs of the Paso Robles AVA on California’s Central Coast. It delivers ripe dark-red and black fruits (mulberry, blackberry, raspberry) intertwined with cedar, tobacco leaf, black pepper, star anise, dried herbs, dark chocolate, and mocha—all framed by velvety yet structured tannins  .

In terms of recognition, the 2020 vintage earned an 88-point rating from Wine Enthusiast, noted for its “dramatic wood smoke, black pepper and grilled beef flavors," while the 2020 and 2024 vintages both received Silver Medals at the Sommeliers Choice Awards.  Additionally, the 2021 vintage was awarded 92 points by James Suckling, praising its opulent fruit and balanced finish .
