Joe Wagner, Copper Cane, and Andria’s Generational Commitment

At the heart of Copper Cane Wines lies the vision of Joe Wagner, a winemaker whose story is steeped in heritage, hard work, and an unwavering commitment to craft. Joe is not just a winemaker, he is the son of California’s legendary Caymus family, and with that legacy came both inspiration and responsibility. From a young age, he walked the vineyards alongside his father, absorbing the rhythms of the land and the unspoken lessons of patience, perseverance, and respect for nature.

But Joe’s story is more than a continuation of tradition. It is about carving a path that is uniquely his own. With Copper Cane, he sought to honor his roots while creating something bold, expressive, and modern. His approach reflects the very values that have defined his journey: authenticity, resilience, and a relentless pursuit of quality.

A Commitment to the Land

Joe’s wines are a reflection of his belief that the vineyard is the truest storyteller. He is deeply committed to sustainable practices and to working in harmony with the land, believing that every bottle should carry the distinct voice of the soil from which it comes. This respect for nature is not a marketing tagline, it is a philosophy woven into every decision made at Copper Cane.

Crafting Wines with Character

Copper Cane Wines are known for their richness, balance, and approachability. They are crafted to be enjoyed at the table, to spark conversation, and to bring people together. Joe often says that wine should feel like an invitation, a way to connect over stories, meals, and moments that matter. That ethos is seen in every label under the Copper Cane portfolio, from bold reds to crisp whites, each wine embodying a balance of artistry and precision.

A Shared Legacy with Andria’s

It is these very values of heritage, family, and connection that resonate so deeply with us at Andria’s. Just as Joe has carried forward his family’s tradition while forging his own path, our story is built on generations of commitment to excellence, community, and the table as a gathering place. For over four decades, Andria’s has stood as a testament to tradition paired with a willingness to embrace the new, always grounded in quality and hospitality.

That is why we are so honored to feature Copper Cane Wines at our upcoming wine dinner on Tuesday, September 16th. This evening will not only showcase beautifully crafted pairings but will also celebrate the shared values of family, tradition, and passion that tie Joe Wagner’s story to our own.

We invite you to join us for this special occasion, an evening of fine food, thoughtful pairings, and the kind of connection that only comes when tradition and innovation meet at the table.

جلب الحبيب

One reason I keep returning to Drive Mad is the unpredictable terrain design. You never really know whether the next jump requires speed, patience, or pure luck.
